My Story & Sacred Space
"I believe we all carry the ability to heal within us. But sometimes life brings us to a place where we need more than willpower, we need a guide, a safe space, and the courage to go inward."
I came to shamanic healing through my own grief. After losing someone I loved deeply, I found myself carrying a weight I didn't know how to put down. I tried different approaches, but it was shamanic practice that truly reached me. Not as a quick fix, but as a path that asked something real of me: dedication, vulnerability, and a willingness to own my healing and do the work. Over time, that path brought me back to myself, and to my true purpose.
That journey is at the heart of everything I do. When I sit with a client, I bring not just training and experience, but lived understanding of what it is to carry something heavy and the deep respect that comes from knowing what it takes to begin.
I grew up between two cultures (Egyptian and Irish) and that blend has shaped my practice from the beginning. Moving between different ancestral traditions and ways of understanding the world taught me early that each person's healing path is entirely their own.
For over 15 years, Battersea has been my home. Alongside my private sanctuary practice in Battersea, I hold sessions at Oca London in Bermondsey and host in-person and online ceremonies honouring the cycles of the moon.
